What are my options?
Little Structures provides custom dollhouse designing, building and finishing services. This is ideal for the dollhouse enthusiast who wants a unique and one of a kind dollhouse.
If a custom dollhouse is simply too much, we can also build and finish a dollhouse kit of your choosing. Simply fill out the Request for Custom Order below and select “I would like an unstarted kit built” under the “What’s the order type?” section.
Kits must have all parts and directions. Little Structures will not complete an already started kit.
What’s the Process?
You’ll first need to fill out the Request for Order form below. Orders are for the year 2020.
Once an order form is submitted, you will be contacted by Little Structures to begin the pre-design consultation. During this phase, you’ll be asked more questions to pinpoint exactly what you would like to see in a dollhouse build.
To begin custom design phase services, a fee of $100 will be required. At the end of this phase, you will receive a 3D Model of the proposed custom dollhouse in Google SketchUp. Click here to download the free version of Google SketchUp.
Once the design phase is concluded you will be provided a quote for time and materials, as well as the 3D model of your design. We will keep your 3D model file for 90 days after the Design Phase is concluded. You will be provided the source 3D model file for your keeping.
In order to start the building of your dollhouse, a down payment of cost of materials will be required. Your materials down payment will be included in your quote.
Once the build phase is completed, you will be provided an invoice for the remainder of the quote, as well as photos of your completed build. Upon receiving the remainder of the quote, you will be contacted to set up a pickup date and time.
